Tracy Lynn Hook, 41, passed away after a brief bout with cancer on Friday, May 25, 2018.  She was born on June 29, 1976, in Green Bay to Tom and Sally (Schott) Widi.  

Tracy graduated from Green Bay West High in 1994 and went on to college at Northern Michigan University and then University of Wisconsin Green Bay.  She graduated with her degree in Business Administration in 1998 and later earned her CPA license.  In 2005, Tracy married Cliff Hook in a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic.  Tracy and Cliff have two sons, 11-year-old Logan and 10-year-old Evan.

Tracy worked at BelGioioso and was passionate about her work and the friends she made during her time there.  Before working at Belgioioso, Tracy also worked at Aurora Hospital and for Humana.  

Tracy loved life and spending time with friends and family.  Tracy had two active boys and could always be seen cheering them on at their games.  

Tracy will be deeply missed by all.  She is survived by her husband, Cliff; two sons, Logan and Evan; mother, Sally (Richard) Noskowiak; sister, Missy (Charles) Schuetz; nephews, Charlie, Connor, and Tommy Schuetz; grandfather, Richard Schott; mother in-law, Kay (Jim) Van Laanen; father-in-law, Don (Linda) Hook; brother-in-law, Chip (Sara) Berceau; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Tom Widi; grandmother, Bernadine Schott; uncle, Scott Charles; step-sister, Tricia (Noskowiak) Boesen; and step-brother, Todd Noskowiak.

Friends may visit at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Ave., from 2:30 p.m. until 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2018.  Rev. John Bergstadt with be officiating the Funeral Mass at 5:30 p.m.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.Prokowall.com. Interment will be in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.

A Memorial fund has been set up at Associated Bank in Tracy’s name.
