Margaret L. Harrill, Green Bay resident, passed away on Oct. 6, 2017, at the age of 92.  She was born July 19, 1925, in Green Bay to the late Emil and Helen (Luedtke) Kumm.  Margaret enjoyed many happy years and a long life.  She was a graduate of Green Bay West High School in 1943.  Margaret married Albert G Harrill on November 29, 1948, in Green Bay.  Together they raised eight children.  He preceded her in death on April 6, 1990.  Margaret was a member and past president of the African Violet Society and volunteered at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She worked at Kaaps Restaurant and Harrill’s Picadilly where she worked with her love, Albert.  Her fame for growing raspberries, grapes and making jam to share with everyone.  Margaret was a huge Packers/Brett Favre fan.  She enjoyed family gatherings, knitting, crocheting and making afghans and dishcloths for everybody.  Margaret was a longtime member of St. James Ev Lutheran Church.  She enjoyed watching her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports, sing, dance, and play their instruments.

Margaret is survived by her children, Dennis, James, Judy (Dave) Dahlgard, Donald (Lori), Ronald, Mark (Linda), Diane and Scott (Thedy); 19 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, David Harrill and granddaughter, Amber Harrill.

Visitation will be at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2017.  Visitation will continue at St. James Ev Lutheran, 901 Shawano Ave., from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service on Wednesday, October 11, 2017.  The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Church with Rev. Robert Christman officiating.  Burial will be in Nicolet Memorial Gardens.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.Prokowall.com.

Margaret’s family would like to thank the staff of Aurora Hospice and a special thank you to her son James for his care in the last weeks of her life.
