Arvilla M. Duquaine, 93, Green Bay, was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 28, 2017. She was born in Green Bay on May 26, 1924, to the late Victor and Margaret (Nooyen) Challe. Arvilla graduated from Green Bay East High School. On December 11, 1943, she married Edward Duquaine at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Arvilla’s father Victor was a co-owner of JJ Challe & Sons Lumber and Coal. Arvilla was a devout catholic, she was a part of the Altar Society at SS. She and her husband Ed did much traveling in their time, whether it was trips around the United States, or overseas to Europe and to Fatima, in Portugal, and many places in between. She was an avid bridge player and was a part of the local bridge club. To stay active, she enjoyed swimming, whether it be outdoors in the Summer, or in the indoor pool in the winter. Arvilla also loved her cats, taking care of several in her life. She had a passion for chocolate, specifically Kaaps, rumor has it that Arvilla had chocolate running through her veins.  However, raising her five "perfect boys" was her favorite pastime. They all enjoyed spending time together up at their cottage in Shore Acres, near Dykesville.

Arvilla was a faithful wife, devoted mother, treasured grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be sadly missed.

Survivors include her five sons, Edward Jr. (Sally) Duquaine, West Bend, David (Jean) Duquaine, De Pere, Wayne (Rosemary) Duquaine, Sebastopol, CA, Keith (Janet) Duquaine, Green Bay, and Thomas (Sandra) Duquaine, Green Bay; 15 grandchildren, Lori, Edward III, Michelle, Amy, David, Jennifer, Jesse, Joseph, Phillip, Victoria, Danielle, Nicole, Melissa, Ashley, and Justin; 21 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Ali, Brooke, AJ, Jayden, Hope, Chase, Aiden, Heather, Brittany, Mikayla, Kendall, Kallie, Kolton, Brooklyn, Adelyn, Angelina, Veronica, Preston, and Parker; along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
