Justin Klima

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Oct 07, 1982

Died on Jul 25, 2017 and resided in Cary, North Carolina

Justin T. Klima, 34, of Cary, North Carolina and formerly of Green Bay, died at his home on Tuesday, July 25, 2017. He was born in Milwaukee on October 7, 1982, to Jeffrey Klima and Gayle Osgood. And even in those first years of his life, he lit up any room he tumbled into.  His infectious smile that ended in the deepest of dimples marked a heart of gold that was unfailing in its love of family and kindness for everyone.  Justin was a born caregiver, and was always there to lend a hand or even his whole self to please and help those he loved.

Justin graduated from Southwest High School in 2001. His sport was hockey, starting in a Pee Wee league and culminating in his senior year in high school, where he received the Joe Decker Young Man of the Year Award for leadership. Following high school, Justin was employed in the construction trades in the Green Bay area. He continued employment in construction after he moved to Cary, North Carolina a number of years ago. He could fix anything he put his hand to, and build anything he put his mind to.  He took tremendous pride in workmanship, but somehow maintained effortless humility in all he did.  Justin had a voracious appetite for reading.

Justin’s heart was filled up with simple pleasures—music, hunting and fishing were among his most favorite things.  From an early age, he loved hunting and fishing with his dad.  The north woods were a place he treasured, and he most loved being on the water—Justin was an avid fisherman, and his smiling face shines brightly from more than his fair share of pictures on the Fishing Wall of Fame at his Uncle Kim’s.

There was a light within Justin that cast the troubles of others into the shadows simply by his loving them—his funny, caring, playful ways took the edge off of the darkness for those who were lucky enough to love him and be loved by him.

He is survived by his father and step mother, Jeff and Lisa (Neuville) Klima, Green Bay; his mother, Gayle Osgood, Cary, NC; his brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Dana (Focht) Klima, Cary, NC and two sisters, Lindsay and Lauren, Green Bay; Grandma Pearl Neuville, Green Bay; maternal grandmother, Joyce Osgood, Wisconsin Rapids; special aunt, Alice Klima, Madison; his niece whom he had a very special bond with, Haley Klima and niece Hannah Hamaker; Godparents, Carrie Anne Bisping and Mark Osgood, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.  Special mention of cousins Kim (Klima) Cramer and Beth (Klima) Culp who loved him like their own little brother.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roman and Virginia Klima, maternal grandfather, Roger Osgood; grandpa Bernard Neuville; Uncle Kim Klima and a cousin, Scott Klima.
