Lillian Van Agtmael

Lillian M. Van Agtmael, 91,Green Bay resident, died Sunday morning, Dec. 25, 2011 at a local nursing home. She was born June 28, 1920 in Marquette,Michigan to the late Ephriam and Rose (Soucy) Parent. Lillian married Earl Nadeau July 18, 1942 in Marquette,Michigan. Lillian then married Earl Van Agtmael on Feb. 6, 1982 in Green Bay. He preceded her in death Nov. 3, 1985. Lillian was employed by St. VincentHospital in their printing shop until her retirement. She was a member of St. Jude Parish.

Survivors include her three children, James (Mary) Nadeau, Milwaukee; Renee (Denny) Dittmer, and Michelle (Steve) Benz, all of Green Bay; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Irene Nushardt, Milwaukee; one brother-in-law, Zigmund Welytok, Milwaukee; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Nadeau; one brother Rene Parent; three sisters, Jeanne Andre, Gloria Dobbs and Terry Welytok.

Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason Streeton Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Parish Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. at the church with Fr. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy a memorial fund has been established in Lillian’s name.
