William “Bill” F. Morgan, 87, Green Bay, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 30, 2009. He was born April 21, 1922 to the late William and Margaret (Rosbrook) Morgan. Bill served in the Merchant Marines and the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He was employed at Northern Paper Mill until his retirement. Bill was very close to his family. Family was everything to him. Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (Robert) Robinson, Green Bay; nieces: Diane (Edward) Kwasny, Seymour; Margaret (Buz) Schwitzgoebel, Ooltewah, TN; Lisa (Donnie) Waid, Asheville, NC; great-nieces and great-nephews: Deb (Larry) Pongratz, Dawn Kwasny, David Kwasny, Jamie (Stassey) Schwitzgoebel, Joely (Greg) Hudson; great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother James G. Morgan. Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason Street on Tuesday, JAN. 5 from 4 to 6 p.m. Funeral Service 6 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Tom Wojciechowski, OFM officiating. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
