Annette M. (Eilts) Melotte, of Green Bay, passed away suddenly on July 21, 2009. She was born on March 25, 1967 to Jeff and Bonnie (Engels) Eilts. Annette graduated from East High School in 1985. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her parents; a sister Brenda Eilts; her children, Heather (Bee)Vang, Danielle Thyrion, and Brooke Melotte; grandson, Kingston Vang.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
