Carrel D. Frisque 86, Town of Scott, died March 11, 2008 at his home. He was born Dec. 10, 1921 in Thiry Daems, WI to the late John and Alvina (Vanesse) Frisque. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II until 1946. Carrel married the former Renie Renier on June 20, 1942 at Robinsonville Presbyterian Church. He was employed at Christy Supply, Inc. for 36 years retiring in June of 1986. Carrel served as an elder for Robinsonville Presbyterian Church for 50 years; Clerk of Session for 47 years; and Sunday School Teacher for 45 years. He also served as a Cub Scout Master for many years and never missed a Green Bay Packer game. He will be missed by his lunch buddies, Tom, Don and Elmer. He was currently a member of Harvest Community Church in Luxemburg. Carrel enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially when he was walking his Beagle, "Ubu". He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Renie; one daughter, Karen (Dennis) Feld, New Franken; two sons, David (Jane) Frisque, Swanton, VT; Paul (Sharon) Frisque, Green Bay; seven grandchildren: Joe (Sara), Adam, Mark, Sarah and Cassie Frisque and Justin and Megan Feld; one great grandson, Brayden. He is also survived by two brothers, Elmer (Verna Mae) Frisque, Green Bay; Marvin (Carol Jean) Frisque, Madison, IN; two sisters, Germaine Zellner, Luxemburg, Iris Pinchart, Green Bay; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers-in-law, Beatrice (Linus) Hermans and Clarence Zellner. Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. after 4 p.m. on Thursday until the time of service. Funeral Service 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Kevin Leich officiating. Burial in the Robinsonville Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the Frisque family at www.prokowall.com.
