Cecelia E. Paul, 93, formerly of Algoma, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at an area care facility. Cecelia was born October 14, 1916 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Otto and Cecelia (Becker) Fox. She married Clarence Paul on April 28, 1936 at St. Mary Church in Maplewood. He preceded her in death February 14, 1986. Cecelia and Clarence farmed in the Green Bay area for many years and she was also employed by Sturgeon Bay Shoe Factory until her retirement. Cecelia was a loving mother and enjoyed crocheting. Survivors include her four daughters; Bernadette (Wesley) Beck, Cheyenne, WY, LaVerne Watson, Albany, IN, Marian (Leonard) Styczynski, Green Bay and Carol (Steve) Thomm, Mishicot, six sons; Richard (Joan) Paul, Green Bay, Robert (Val) Paul, Green Bay, Donald (Donna) Paul, Clancy, MT, David (Rose) Paul, Dyckesville, Larry (Lois) Paul, Algoma and Dennis (Jill) Paul, Algoma, 26 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents, Cecelia was preceded in death by brothers, sisters and one son-in-law, George Watson. Friends may call at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 312 Victoria St. on Saturday, February 20, 2010 from 9 a.m. until the time of services. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with Rev. David Pleier officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Bay Settlement.
