Frank A. Rossal, 94, Allouez resident, died Friday, January 15, 2010 at a local hospital following complications of the heart. He was born July 14, 1915 in Milwaukee to the late Albert and Amanda (Kociosevic) Rossal. He attended West High School graduating in 1934. Frank served in the U.S. Army as a radio operator during WWII. While in service he was stationed in Africa and Italy. He married the former Phyllis Herhold on December 27, 1947 at Grace Lutheran Church. Frank was employed at Northwest Engineering as a machine operator for over 30 years, retiring in 1980.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis and their three children, Ken Paul (Jeanne) Rossal, Elmhurst, IL, Allen Robert Rossal, Green Bay, and Carl Frank (Pat) Rossal, Wrightstown; three grandchildren; four great-grandsons; one sister, Mrs. John (Mary) Hunt, Green Bay.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul (Betty) Rossal; and infant sister, Margaret Rossal.
